These guys were beyond helpful and professional, Jack who was the man who came to my aide was genuinely extraordinary. I explained that due to my shift work it was difficult to get my phone in during working hours, so Jack came to my flat and picked up my phone after a night shift, and dropped it off just as I woke up. He was quick, efficient and his prices were comparable to every other company. So I definitely got a bargain. I'd highly recommend this company for phone repairs. 5/5.

Today I took a VERY old Dell laptop in to recover the files from the hard drive. They were able to do it without any issues, I have all my wedding pictures back and more. Thanks so much.4 years ago I left this review: Excellent service!! These guys really went above and beyond. I smashed my phone screen (iPhone 6s) on my way to work, so I called them during the day to see what they could do. I popped it in at 5pm, and by 6:30pm on the same day they had not only fixed it to perfect condition, but they also dropped it to my home address! Thanks so much, definitely recommend!

Very happy with the service offered by Jack and his team. Kept me fully informed about the costs implications for a repair to my phone (and also that a warranty repair was available with the manufacturer but that there would be a delay and that they would wipe your data). Performed the work quickly and when there was a slight glitch with the repair job, they rectified the problem swiftly and at no extra charge. Will be happy to use them again.

My go to place for laptop repair. My Lenovo laptop has issues with the charging port which is a known issue with the model I have and Jack was able to fix it very quickly. The charging port had issues again 6months after and Jack honoured the work that was done and fixed it with no extra charge. Would definitely recommend!

Jack at Mobile Phone Support Centre sorted my dead iPhone 7 out within a day when Apple couldn't.My phone wouldn't charge and therefore died on me. Jack diagnosed a faulty charging point which he replaced along with replacing the battery for me at a reasonable cost.Thrilled with the service

Life Saver. Used them for the first time yesterday and always will. I was on my way to the Apple Store due to my iPhone having black screen death. I was so happy to see the shop open. Jack was excellent. Very knowledgeable and was confident in leaving my phone with him. Needless to say an hour later phone sorted, but prior to that he would communicate the process. Excellent.

Brilliant service, really impressed! They gave my phone a lot of detailed attention to make sure it was repaired properly, speedily and was handed back to me in perfect working order! They're also very nice guys!
