Julian Hale was excellent from start to finish: he came at short notice, gave a courtesy call to say he was on his way, arrived on time and did all the work perfectly AND with good humour! He had all the parts to hand to repair my oven and even fixed my hoover whilst visiting at no extra cost. I’m not normally one for hyperbole, but Julian is by far the best electrical engineer I’ve ever come across - all you need to do is give him plenty of decaf. tea while he’s working and he’s happy to fix anything!

Julian arrived on time he was polite, friendly and knowledgeable,He got straight on with the job installing a new element for our cooker grill ,We will definitely be using him again and highly recommend him

Totally useless company. I required a washing machine repair and they were not interested as there was apparently no parking nearby. Very rude and arrogant attitude. I recommend to stay clear of this company.
