Alot of racism and colourism at this establishment.There is a stark difference on how they treat their white customers compared to their coloured customers.The staff are incredibly stand offish and hostile and unpleasant.They severely lack in etiquette and manners which is a bare minimum a customer should receive.

My favourite salon. Usually I visit its main branch in Tooting but I tend to use the services of eyebrow threading, waxing and microdermabrasion facial if appointment is impossible in the Tooting branch. This is a much smaller branch and hairstyling/cut/colouring are not available. But the same staff work in both branches,so quality is similar and I never trust anyone else to do my eyebrows or facial!

Been coming here for about 10 years. A bit of a hit and miss.Your favourite beautician (mine is a Mauritian lady that has blonde highlights) probably doesn’t work off-peak hours, so expect either long wait times or face the risk of having someone u have never used before.Others may not give you desired results, so the effect is varied. I come here for eyebrow threading which is now £5 (wow).They take card and they are currently operating a sanitise upon entry policy. Very clean and pretty environment. Small waiting area and space.

Good job but uou do have to remind them to clean things between customers. They will use the same eyebrow brush on different customers. I bring my own things and get them to wash their hands beforehand

No nonsense, competitively priced and a fantastic job done. I walked straight in and was sat down in seconds. It's a no-frills service but I was very happy with the outcome. Much more affordable than anywhere else on Clapham High Street

Got an eyelash lift but my eyelashes didn't lift at all.The lady doing it was very rude, and was impatient.My lashes are still straight and all the manager offered me was 10% off my next visit (which everyone gets anyway). Really bad service and never coming again, waste of money.

Lovey eyebrow shape whenever I go for threading. Also got my nose re-pierced here and they were professional and brilliant. A great salon!

I had waxing, a piecing and a facial done. The whole experience was great. It's a very calm and professional environment. The beauticians didn't rush the appointment and they were friendly. I definitely recommend going there, especially if you live in the area.
