Got a ride from this guy. When we got to my destination he told me and insisted that he only accepts cash payment. We drove to a nearby cash machine I know (meter running) and found it out of service. That is when the guy took out his mobile card machine and I paid. He tried to tell me some explanations which I didn't bother to listen to. The one star is just that I got to my destination.

Taxi driver refused to take card payment saying he only takes cash this was at the train station. He told me next time i have to ask. As its not up to them to inform me cash only. He was super rude as well.

Definitely the best and most reliable taxi and transport services available. Fairly priced, clean vehicles and on time ! Would highly recommend to anyone and would use again for sure !

Guy didn't put meter on, asked us fishing questions to see if we were local or knew the area well, then charged us £8 for a 7 min drive at on off peak time. The price was plucked from the air and wasn't a set price. Wouldn't recommend, better taxi companies to go with who won't mug you off.

Professional, with modern communication, but I waited more than 1 hour to have a lift (the drivers need specific location and codes, not always available for an ad-hoc tourist).

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star only reason I did was so I can leave this review, honestly I’m a student who works part time down boar lane and as of lately there has been a trend with your taxi drivers that on the weekend they decide they not going to work on the meter and rather just decide there own price and as a student it’s very expensive especially when your taxi drivers are charging £20-£25 to go to Headingley when I know it’s a maximum £10 trip as I use it during the week when I work and this is the very reason why people prefer Uber, it took me 45mins last night at 3am in the pouring rain to get one of your taxis after begging multiple times and also resulting in my laptop getting soaked in water - I am utterly shocked and will never be using your service again!!!!!!
