They were very rude and kicked me out because I had a Starbucks drink even after I said I’m leaving now. They were rushing me to leave it was very disrespectful and disappointing since I always go there to study. Really sad, not going there again. His name was Ryan in westgate oxford branch, I hope you could do something about it

worst service ever.1, Staffs are not friendly and inpatient. They keep shouting very loud with customer’s name when the drink is ready. If you come one second late, they will throw your order on the table and shout the name again.2, They close and lock door during lunch time, can only order on the apps and wait outside to get the £7.2 cold sandwich wrapped with tissues.(suppose to be hot served and wrapped in pink sandwich box).

I ordered a hot drink and a bowl on Uber. Normally restaurants would seperate drink and food or notify the drivers (who arent allowed to open the bags). Apparently this place did not. My drink spills all over the bag, makes a hole on it, and drips drastically on my floor. Completely unprofessional. With that high of a price, you should know better.

- Açai bowl almost frozen solid and difficult to eat- Dirty tables with no one seemingly coming round to clean- Confusing order system with staff that mumble at you- No local wifi (Westgate WiFi doesn't reach properly)Will not be returning

Ordered a juice and found a long black hair in my cup! My hair is blonde.. I made the girl at the bar aware as I wanted a refund and she refused to do so. I asked to speak to a manager and it turns out she was the manager! Very shocked about her behaviour, will definitely never be back

Healthy and delicious options. You can order through the app or at the counter. They do a special offer once you completed your first order on the app. They have plenty of seating places. Plugs available around the place. Nice and chill environment. Lovely pictures all over the walls. They do salads, sandwiches, smoothies, juices and cakes. It’s cool and has perfect temperature for these hot summer days. Fluently and attentive staff

2 Deliveroo orders I have made for the Açai bowl have been unsatisfactory. Less than 1/2 the bowl filled. When I make the trek and come inside, they do a better job.

Im a big fan of the sandwiches here: they are fresh and healthy. I would recommend the Turkey and the tuna sandwiches. I like that they roughly take less than 30 min to deliver through Uber Eats.Their protien shakes and fresh juices are also amazing! I would highly recommend.
