Paid over £100 for ombré nails and French pedi. Sent a picture which they confirmed they can do the design and have those colours. As I arrived was given colours to choose from which didn’t have the colours I had asked for so settled for something different which I was annoyed about as it was my birthday and had booked for an appointment, wish I was told they didn’t have the colours or could not do the design so I could of saved my time travelling and gone else where. I then was told had to pay and extra £10 for my pedi because the man had to use a LITTLE bit of acrylic on my big two toes as they had a slight crack! Was not told I would be charged untill I got to the till! £5 for each big toe! Wasn’t a tip was just a slight bit of acrylic! My nails aren’t even smooth can feel Some bumps, the cuticles are dry and we’re not removed for a neat set! Experience was horrid just so over priced for the quality. I’ve had intricate designs done before from other salons and have paid £50 and was definitely worth it, I paid £65 for a full set of acrylic ombré nails with slight gold foil on two nails! Not intricate at all and paid over £100 for my hands and feet. Just shocked! The guy doing my nails was very friendly so cannot fault him at all for his behaviour. Just over priced and quality wasn’t great. Definitely will not be returning!! Prices are extortionate for the level of qualified techs. Not happy at all!!!!

This is the first time I have been to a nail shop and loved the results. I am someone who always complains how nail shops do my toes and nails but this one is just amazing! I have no words to describe! Their salon is clean. It smells nice. They have good customer service. Everything was good. I felt like I payed for my services. I felt like every penny was worth it. I will be coming here forever! This place is amazing! I just love it. The inside is also really beautiful! Just amazing.

Great nail salon, always very accommodating, friendly and polite and always fulfil my design requests! Would highly recommend them.

First time here and I won’t be going anywhere else from now! Very friendly service and also very clean shop. I had Gel nails done for my hand and feet and the lovely Helena helped find the perfect shade for me. Looked very neat and exactly how I wanted them. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Very poor experience having only used this company 3 times before. It’s Christmas Eve I booked and paid for the appointment the day before. I sat down in the chair today and showed the lady the design I wanted and I showed the lady who was on reception. So there were 2 people aware of what I wanted. Having sat for 1.10 minutes. The lady doing my nails advised me she had to go to a pedicure. A man came over, and said I didn’t book the right appointment and he didn’t have time to finish my nails. I did not book this appointment, I advised what I wanted on the phone and I was sent a link to pay a deposit. The fact that not even painting nails is not included is a joke. Am So I have left this salon with no design, no paint. I will have to now paint these myself. It’s unacceptable. I will not returning. Be warned people, you might have not walk out with no paint on your nails.

The best nail salon, so clean and friendly with so much colour choice and options. I get pedicure/manicure and acrylics here and they last so so long and I never have any issues. Won’t go anywhere else now!

I absolutely love this salon. Treatments are always thorough and gorgeous. Feels very professional and the staff are super friendly. I’ve had acrylics done a few times and pedicures and I love! Definitely recommend.

I went to this nail shop got a full set they was amazing until I had my infills done when this is happened to my real nails will not be going back to them again

Very hit and miss. I live nearby and wanted a nail shop close to me as my previous shop is lovely but so far. I’ve been to Regal Nails 5 times. 2 out of the 5 were good. The last 2 were the worst. I left with uneven nails, they look quite bad, not what I asked for. My big toe and baby finger both have a cut. The pedicures are very basic compared to some other places that charge the same. Not an enjoyable experience. Won’t be going back.

Amazing salon and And Amazing staff. Love my nails best I've had my nails in a long time and exactly the design I wanted. Thank you so much. I'll be back soon. Xx
