Sunrise Wellbeing

My 2 boys (aged 6 & 8) attended an online half term event today, hosted by Shelley, which was brilliant! The first activity Shelley talked through was how to make your own worry monster or jar using objects easily found at home. She explained how to use the worry monster/jar in a really child-friendly way and was really encouraging of the children's creativity. The second activity was to make a breathing buddy. Again, Shelley did an amazing job of explaining what the breathing buddy was for in an easily understandable way. The whole event was very well organised - we received details of any materials that would be needed well ahead of time - and it felt like a really safe online environment. My boys really enjoyed the session and I would highly recommend Sunrise Wellbeing events.
