Worst receptionists I've ever had the displeasure of encountering, 16 minutes on hold just to be cut off and ring back to a busy tone. I'm trying to get help on my mum who just passed away, guess I can't look to this place for help....no wonder I havnt ordered my meds in nearly a year, don't have it in me to deal with the receptionists.....if I could give zero stars I would.

Doctors are great help reception however constantly mess up on medication repeat and other, can be extremely rude and uncaring. Have caused me to have multiple panic attacks due to the way they have treated me.

Secretary's ears must be broke. Theyd rather sit by the phone and not answer calls. This is an ongoing issue. Inappropriate and unprofessional

Very very rude receptionist, I was on naproxen for so long, prescriptions without any investigations, and with no omeprazole, to protect my stomach, no one cares,I book appointments with doctors but am book for physio which I don’t need! I have been in pains for months, no investigations done, no bloods! Just naproxen! All the time!

The receptionists, one in particular, are the rudest, most unhelpful, unwilling and incompetent staff I've ever had the displeasure of using. I like my doctor here, the only reason I stay but if the practice manager doesn't get better staff he's the one that'll suffer for it in the end
