We were visiting Malton and after looking at the reviews we were lucky enough to be able to book a table. The food was lovely. We both had a pasta dish and they were delicious. The restaurant was very busy but the service was excellent. I would definitely visit again.

Really nice little Italian restaurant tucked into the lovely town of Malton.Food was very very good, the pasta dishes in particular were a big highlight. The Al'arrabiatta and Amrtriciana had really nice taste with the former having a good spice level as it should. The latter is preferred with Rigatoni but was still very nice. Portion sizes are very sizeable and there is a good variety of pasta, pizza and other foods on the menu.The pizza I must say was not the best I have had, had the Pompei with salami and pepperoni which was a good flavour but there was too much cheese on it for a real quality Italian pizza unfortunately we really took away from it. I've never known an Italian pizza to be stringy.Service was polite and quick and the atmosphere was lovely and being able to watch the food being cooked is really lovely also. Seating is perhaps a bit tight.On the whole a real nice restaurant and would definitely go back.

Florio's has been amazing for years and did not disappoint. Great food and lively atmosphere. The biggest problem is how difficult it is to get a booking due to how busy they are!

This is a very nice tucked away Italian find.I must say I haven't had a good Italian for a while and this place was nice. We rang beforehand to book a table, got in just for 5:15pm. We didn't realise until we got in that this was the start time for the Pizza and Pasta Happy Hour. (Sunday- Thursday) This was great for us and they had just what we wanted on the menu.We wanted to have pasta and pizza so we ordered two pasta meals and one pizza and it was lovely.The pasta was fine for me but just a tad spicer that what I thought it would be. The pizza too had too much cheese for my liking but was still gorgeous and homemade.Staff were kind, polite and accomodating.
