After 18 months not happy, customer service is good but Internet access must be down at Blue Dolphin as after numerous emails about Internet down for us. I've recommended it to many people on site but mines not working when it rains. Very hit and miss

Had wifi installed on blue dolphin in my caravan absolutely brilliant wifi I got the saver package 30mbps and runs perfect even my playstation 5 online gaming super fast no lags perfect well worth the money

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Save 9, especially Jordan for taking out my wifi and installing it into another caravan for me. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was reconnected. I have never had a problem with the signal in my van and I would highly recommend Save 9.

The worst broadband ever. I've had dial up and a 56k modem run faster. Then there customer service is absolutely atrocious no one there speaks!! 3 months for a call out no broadband within that period! Then expected me to foot the bill. As soon as I cancelled the payment with the bank they soon came out and collected there equipment.Never again!

Save9 provided 160Mbps Fibre broadband at my new home in Malton. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and professional and really helped me to get to grips with the technology (I’m not tech savvy!). They responded very quickly when my internet telephones decided to misbehave and were back with me within a couple of hours to solve the problem.I couldn’t have asked for better service, provided in a timely manner by really nice people.Thank you Save9

From going to they offices and seeing Maria to getting it installed we can’t say enough about the excellent service we received. Jordan and Tyler came and did everything they could to get us connected nothing was to much bother. Jordan was very patient and very nice with us and explained everything. Thank you. Can’t recommend this company enough. So easy to arrange WIFI installed in my caravan. Phone call with Stephen was actioned quickly & installation date arranged for when we were back at van. WiFi even quicker than one we have installed at home. Workmen were polite, professional and even took their shoes off. Very impressed with George who sent me a text informing there was a slight delay & gave new time when they would be on site.

Had mine installed yesterday was very impressed with the speed and quality of the work carried out by the two young men who worked with us on the where we required it was suitable. I am on the Blue Dolphin and initially it is what they say. Look forwards to next year year when hopefully have full benefits. Thanks again.

Excellent service throughout and great value. We have a static caravan close to the cliffs at Reighton Sands and have struggled to get a decent signal for mobiles, tablets, etc - but now it is great and has made such a difference. Installation was speedy and friendly. Thoroughly recommend!
