Where to start... Appalling on every level.a) Made to measure shutters - suggested to chisel into ceiling or plain frame to get the shutters to fit. b) no integrity! Argued they'd done a good job c) Requested a visit to quality check installation/finish as the trims looked as if teeth had been used and not professionally cut c) I offered, not to pay final balance of course, but to contribute to lessen the blow for everyone for trims to made good, etc., - all correspondence/ telephone calls ignored. Had to spend £1000's to resolve - DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. I could go on, i.e denying damaging my oak floor., etc., but I think I've made my point.

Very happy with the roller blind they did for us. Work was done swift and to an incredible standard. They cam to measure and we ended up with new windows. They came back to double check measurements. That was no problem. Just a first class experience for us. Would highly recommend.

Had my blinds fitted two days ago and they look amazing got my 6 windows done for only £190 . The Lady who comes out is very friendly and polite. The two guys that fitted them were very fast and down too earth. I will be recommending to my friends and family. Thanks again :) .

Excellent service from this company they accommodated me when my circumstances changed for delivery, Terry was very professional and respectful when fitting my blind then he went to my other property and fitted the full house with Gary, two lovely lads that done a great job and tidied up when finished, thanks lads would highly recommend this company.

Well how can you write a review when they don't turn out for appointments. I was given excuses from, The Boss had pencelled out the day and she had misread it, So, If the day was pencilled out why wasn't i given a phone call to re arrange. When I explained I phoned at 4 20pm knowing shop didn't close till 4 30pm to see why the delay I was told she hadn't heard the phone because she must have been hoovering, but I rang back at 4-30, 4-35 4-45, still no answer. I was offered another appointment for today but when I said I had to be away by 3pm, Oh well, she finished at 3pm. But was she going to come out or a proper fitter !!! So I've cancelled and will look for a more reliable company.

Used for our residential and cannot fault them. Excellent product & service. Fixed what another company had failed to resolve. Very pleased. 5 Stars from us.

Very professional company. They come out to your home address at your convenience, measure your windows using a top of the range infa red measuring tool. They bring a portfolio of blinds with them and discuss the pros and cons for each blinds and suggest suitable ones for your home.They go away and within days your beautiful blinds are ready. They also offer free fitting.Very happy with the result. I would recommend them to anyone!
