I would definitely recommend this vet practice, very reliable, professional and always very helpful. Reception staff are always happy and helpful and the vets are knowledgeable and professional.

I believe that the staff at Eastcott basically saved my dog’s life - twice! An 11-year old Cockerpoo, she had a ruptured gall bladder (end of Jan 2021) due to a tumour that had also attached to the liver. They successfully removed it and, despite a high temperature a few days later from an infection, she went on to make a good recovery. But 10 weeks later she started going downhill again and I assumed the worst. I had lost all hope and was so upset but the team remained calm and professional and swiftly diagnosed an autoimmune reaction which could be treated with steroids. You gave us our dog back for another year and, whilst we’ve had to adjust to her different needs and reduce the doggy walks, we are so grateful. Every bit of extra time with her is precious to all members of the family. Special thanks to Andy the surgeon who clearly knew his stuff and delivered just the right level of compassion with information that I needed with each update.

From my experience, this was a wonderful place. If you're there, it is not good because of the very nature of why you are there. All I can say is they were amazing and always felt that our family member was in safe hands

Since being taken over by Linnaeus this practice has totally lost my trust . The referral team are amazing and until recently I have had amazing care from primary care vets. Sadly several of the experienced ones have left. There is now a £20 fee for insurance claims and they are now charging an extra £120 fee for emergency appointments. So my initial appointment for a 9am appointment was an extra £120. My 18month spaniel was admitted for rehydration due to a stomach virus and I requested he was sedated with me present . This was declined. On collection he was so traumatised they couldn’t remove his I V . I had to do this myself and apply pressure bandage . I have now moved all my animals to an independent practice .

Avoid this vets at all cost. Awful customer service , extortionate prices . Receptionist not medically qualified but insists on emergency appointments. Not a care in the world for your pet. It's all about the money. Had the receptionist hang the phone on me and didn't think this was unprofessional . Consultation waste of time. Just money money money laughable really. And to add to the inconvenience I was told that my pet was advised to be kept in but couldn't tell me what the issue was. Then prescribed 5 different creams begore we even knew what the cause was. So a consultation went from £51 to over £100. No refund was given when I aired my opinion on the waste of time consultation. Shambles! AVOID!
