This has to be the worst KFC in the country. Order whatever you fancy for delivery, but you won't receive it, you'll get whatever they decide to give you. Appalling.

The staff for some reason just delete orders from their screen before giving them to customers and then forget about them. Why on earth do this, it’s just so unnecessary and stupid. Happened twice in 3 days

For one of the only halal KFCs out there, it really does it's job. I really enjoy the food (although kind of expensive). Wings are great for a good price. Service is great and workers are always friendly. Shop is usually clean too.

Understaffed on front counter. Staff working more focused on drive through and onlinr orders as opposed to taking orders from walk ins. Need staff to man front counter. Shocking

System here should b updated. I came here 9:30pm, made an order at 9:35pm for eat in. After 10 minutes, I was called at the counter and forced me to take the food out instead having in. When I tried to mentioned that the order has been accepted for eat in at 9:35pm, how can you force me to take out, the person at the counter was so rude and said that is system but we r closing after 20 minutes so we cannot allow to eat in & said you can cancel your order & get refund. Very disappointed & bad day with my family here.

Food tastes good, hot wings are good value. However, they often miss items from orders. We have had fries missed on multiple occasions.
