Visited for lunch and regret going for buffet options on the day. Very very limited on vegetarian options, my daughter ended up eating only potatoes. All was cold ish. Was told meat was super dry and if not for the gravy would not be able to swallow- not a great sign. Yorkshire pudding was chewy. Meat was served by person behind the counter and limited portion. If we went for orders from the menu the outcome may have been different.Had to queue at the bar to pay for buffet or oder and serve the drinks myself.Most likely would not return.

Sausage and Mash was really poor. At 12.50, would have eaten better in the local weathespoons for a lot cheaper. Service was OK, although they sat us next to a table which had been decimated by the previous family - food all over floor, squished in. Not the view you really want when your eating. Bottom line is, Butlins has a captive audience and is ripping them off with the price of food and drink.

Our first restaurant as we started our short break. The food is good, but a big pity on the cleanliness of the place. The place really needs a deep clean. The carpets were so dirty and stained. Apart from that the tables and the food made up for the downfall. That is why I rated it 4 stars.

Meh, payment on entry for breakfast (buffet) arrived at 1030 waited 15min for boiled eggs for the kids sat them down went back for myself waited another 15min for hash browns, went to get a drink at 1110 all drink machines switched off (laughable) told breakfast finished at 1100 said I just paid £38 for this and I can't even get a drink due to your abilities to provide breakfast. Don't bother butlins sort this out.

About 20 staff walking around with only 2 serving. Queues to the door. Carvery time given as 12.30 even tho food started at 12, nearly 1 by time carvery actually opened. App to order food/drinks not working. Slow to clear tables so others stood in the doorway waiting to be seated. Poor experience.

Average what you would expect food however very poor service. After trying to order a kids meal for my fussy eating 3 year old I was told I was not allowed to substitute a carb option for a veg option. I explained I was willing to pay for this but was still told no. After having to become quite firm about this I was eventually allowed to swap. I would have expected a restaurant within Butlin’s to be more accommodating to fussy eating children.Second problem came when trying to order dessert. I was then told by the staff member that I wasn’t allowed to have the ice cream included with the kids meal as it wasn’t ordered on booking. This was only a £3 option but more a matter of principal after my earlier experience. I asked to speak to the duty manager (Ania) who just repeated what the staff member said. Never before have I had to argue over 2 scoops of ice cream. Ania is not fit to be called a manager.Disappointing last evening meal on otherwise a faultless holiday with Butlin’s.I am not a fussy person. Please check my other reviews, not a single other negative review.

Staff were lovely, food was a disappointment. Coleslaw had a weird fishy taste. Kids Mac N Cheese was just flavourless mush. Classic burger was dry. Will not visit again for the week we’re here. £38 for a family of four isn’t expensive but for the last two days it’s been half that price for better food at Papa Johns and Chopstix.

Had a lovely dinner with my family. Mike made us feel very welcome. Brought my parents and they even said that was the best roast carvery they have ever had! Will definitely change our food option to this every visit

Nice play park to enjoy a drink in the beer garden while your kids have fun.Staff were nice except one had the drive of a sloth. Literally no interest in the customers and found listening to much effort never mind making the drinks I ordered.Seemed to be a theme of this behaviour across the resort. A select few that had no drive in them and makes me wonder how they even get out of bed and to work in the morning.
