Most honest garage I have come across. Spotted the car and had finance in place. He rang me before travelling as I may have missed the dent on the door. Sent me videos but could not see it. Upon arrival dent was made by a gnat. Tiny. Very well dealt with from start to finish.The wife is very happy

So I purchased a Seat Leon FR (KU65JAO) from this garage on 14/2, it has been the most awful experience of my life. After 2 days the car was losing coolant, granted the garage did take the car back and take it to their mate down the road to fix, they apparently changed 3 pipes. I did have to carry on using the car filling the coolant up before every drive as I have children and a job to go to, I also had plans to see family so I did put miles on the car granted but the problem happened two days after driving away from the garage. I was then told by the finance company after an inspection not to drive the car as the head gasket had gone… so this car then sat on my drive for 2 months while the garage decided that I had done this in the 2 days I had driven the car!! I then refused the car and advised the finance company to take it back as the garage refused me to take it to my own garage to get repaired as I fully did not trust them anymore. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The trouble I had with them was ridiculous, they also refused to provide invoices to prove the work they said had been carried out actually did. Complete bunch of cow boys! Hopefully no one purchases the seat that’s currently on sale with them please get proof the head has been done!!!RESPONSE**What you have posted is utter lies, you did not have the car back to me the same day! I had to take a number of days off. Your friend MIKEY advised us he does favours for you to get work in, now if that’s not a friend down the road I don’t know what is. You also REFUSED to allow me to use my own garage for repair and advised the finance company it was my fault this had happened after 2 days, Andy Thorpe also advised me to complain to the finance company?!?! Which is what I did on his advice… you did not “order more pipes just in case” I had to take the car back to mikey a few times to which he had the car for days! I was not nasty are you kidding? Maybe if you checked the cars over before you sell them this wouldn’t have happened. But I know for a fact you don’t. I’m not the first person to have nothing but horrid things to say about you and I won’t be the last. The finance company sent out an independent engineer who straight away said it was the head gasket has gone before I had purchased the car! Also the expansion bottle wasnt changed but mearly the cap was replaced I know this as I marked the bottle and the mark was still there when it returned after 2 days not same day…. I did ask to have the car back asap. Yes this is correct, this was because I needed to work?! I don’t see how that’s an issue. I was never nasty once! I state you guys are cow boys because you get cars in don’t check them and send them out.. cow boys! I apologise you are disgusted for a customer to have a honest opinion on you all! Would also like to point out it states on your website you only purchase cars from main dealers this is false as I part exchanged my car and you sold on it via your website… your misleading your customers and that’s is DISGUSTING
