I found this to be a great quality, reliable company, never missed a bin day, always professional but not over the top, Friendly and very fairly priced. Have used this company for years and I will continue to do so. The guys do a great job, always happy with there work so I recommended them to my friends and family and would do it again.

Contacted via text as stated in there add. Got a reply. Replied asking if they could clean 2 bins starting this week got a reply telling me to read previous message so replied back asking again if could start this week if not I would see if someone could as bins needed cleaned got a phone call stating they didn't have time to sit and text. They need payments before doing anything. I said I had no issue setting up standing order once knew if bins could be done was told oh get someone else to do it. IgnorantCan't reply to there reply. I have the messages to prove that's exactly what was sent. And he did say that on the phone. Not sure why I would tell him his manners were stinking speaking to. Customers that way and then hung up if he was so polite

Do not go any where near this company. I recently asked them to clean my bins but despite paying the direct debit my bins were not being cleaned. I contacted David Forrester immediately after watching his van drive into the street next to mine and back out again. The van did not come into my street or near my house despite my blue bin sitting on the pavement. From the start of the phone call I was met with nothing but abuse when I informed him my bin had not been cleaned this time or two weeks previous. He accused me of putting my blue bin back out on the pavement after the van had been and told me he could not be bothered with this hassle and to cancel my direct debit. After staying calm and reasoning with him which was near impossible as he just wanted to rant I got him to call his son who had been in the van. He then called back and told me his son had been here and the bin was round the back garden and two weeks previously he had cleaned my brown bin by mistake instead of blue. I informed him this was impossible as we do not use our brown bin and it has not left the back garden for 3 years. On the day my blue bin was on the pavement all day and I witnessed with my own eyes the van not coming near my door. Again I tried very hard to talk to this guy trying to reason with him that there was something clearly wrong and perhaps his son was going to the wrong address. Again this Guy would not listen to anything and just gave me abuse and asked if I was calling his son a liar. I have never experienced anyone as bad as this in my life. Absolutely shocking and appalling customer service. There was no reasoning and despite me asking for his son to come round to confirm he had been going to the wrong address I was just told to cancel my direct debit and the phone was slammed down. David Forester would not answer any of my calls/texts or emails after this to try to resolve. The guy is a complete Fan*y.

On the 20th October I was asked to pay for the service and set up a standing order. I paid this and sent a text reply to say it had been paid. I then received a text yesterday asking if I had set up the standing order and if not then my bin cleaning would be cancelled. I told David I was awaiting a card reader to be delivered before I could set this up but my payment for the previous week should cover the next 3 bin cleans. I then took a call from David “because he is too busy to be texting” baring in mind I was also working at this point and too busy to be on the phone. David had stated my bins had been cleaned last week and two weeks prior to this, to my surprise I informed him it must have been a mistake as my bins were filthy inside and out, perhaps the driver has made an error. The response I got was nothing but abuse from David calling me a liar, and he wasn’t interested in having customers like me as he’s been in this business for over 30 years and doesn’t need my custom. I hung up the phone as he did not want to reason with me. I came off the phone and sent David some pictures of the bins that his driver had apparently cleaned... a few hours later I got a blunt text (not an apology for the way he spoke to me or the fact that he was actually wrong about providing a service) just that my next two bin collections would be cleaned and that would be it.My green bin was cleaned today despite me texting David back to tell him not to bother and to keep the money I paid to him last week.It’s a shame you lack basic customer service skills and manners as the bin that was cleaned today was done to a good standard, and I would have happily kept the service going if you had maybe apologised for being so abusive/aggressive over the phone yesterday, and for the communication error between yourself and the driver that covers the Milesmark area.I believe from other reviews that I am not the only person to have been treated like this. You have written that each of these customers are liars and even went to the extent of mocking a customer referring to him as Pinocchio... that speaks volumes for your level of professionalism.

Company used to clean our bin" then for some reason they stopped cleaning them. Probably had something to do with asking for payment for cleaning the bin

I have been using W F Cleanbin for a lot of years now and I can honestly say that every week my bins are due to be cleaned they are always done 100%. Even when I put the bins away before being done, they go and get them. I have never had any issues regarding this company and wouldn't hesitate recommending them. The staff are so nice and helpful, out in all weather delivering a fantastic service. If you are looking for a company to do your bins. Look no further than W F Cleanbin.

12 weekly payment was collected 4 weeks early and when I phoned to query this ,I was subjected to a torrent of abuse saying I was the one in the wrong ( despite having all the collection slips as proof) . It would appear from other reviews that he feels he never makes a mistake. Needless to say we have now cancelled the bin cleaning.I find it incomprehensible that anyone can treat customers in this way, seems to keep alluding to the fact the business has been running for 28 years but obviously has learnt nothing about being civil in that time.
