Lazy drivers claiming to have attempted delivery when they have not. My delivery was a mattress and when raised complaint with customer services about having nowhere to sleep as old mattress was put out in rain when I received delivery time was told 'what do you want me to do about it?' In the end I had to drive 1hr to depo to pick it up. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with drivers lying about failed delivery attempts! And complaints are ignored so drivers aren't held responsible for their actions!Didn't want to give even 1 star but can't post without at least 1 star.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Not even worth one star. My parcel to Dublin was returned without reason twice. I then tried to call parcelforce who prefer robots to people and got no further with determining the cause of returns

Absolute shambles of a company, customer service is poor to say the least, parcel got scanned in at the Glasgow Centre, sat there for a week before I eventually called a week later on a Friday, only to be told they have had a backlog and would try get parcel out on the Monday, another week passed, no word, called customer service again, they would do a factory search and get back to me because my parcel has disappeared, 4 days later still nothing, just kept going round in the same circle with promise of a search and me having to chase them up, now after 25 days from it being scanned in their depot, they have told me it's missing and I have the hassle to chase my supplier up to try get a refund or wait on my supplier to get a refund and hopefully send me my parcel back out, i asked the guy on their front desk how it could possibly be misplaced or has it been stolen by an employee,and whilst he neither confirmed or denied, his facial expression said it all without saying anything,..I say parcel but it was more like a very large reinforced box, no explanation just it's missing and i wont be getting it and haveto getthe sender to claim for it, whilst I'm sat twidling my fingers wondering if I'm ever going to see my money again or replacement items sent out..absolute joke...definitely won't use again or recommend them to anyone.Disgraceful.It's just a pity i cant can't review as 0 stars....and going by other reviews of this company its not an uncommon occurrence.

Lazy delivery drivers couldn't be bothered delivering 24hr tracker perishables on Friday when I was at home and watched him drive away instead of climbing 2 flights of stairs. He left them until Monday and dropped 2 stinking and broken boxes of rotring meat at my door when I was not in so could not refuse. Tried to call customer services but thats not a thing anymore apparently.

Parcel didn’t come for date I paid £7.50 extra to come for. Driver didn’t even attempt to come to my house then told parcel would come three days later. Not good enough needed the parcel the date I paid for it to be delivered for. Drivers simply don’t bother to deliver parcels company should be shut down.

The WORST couriers. Every single time I see it is parcel force being used I dread the fact I even ordered something. They pretend to “attempt” delivery every time and then return it to this depot that is absolutely miles away from me without even leaving a card through my door so I need to go through the ball ache of phoning and jumping through hoops just to speak to a human being. Parcelforce need to do better and stop hiring lazy drivers who won’t enter flats.

Have no option to get service from this crew as some of my orders from companies that have them deliver their product use them . Today was the last straw . A whole team of workers were in my work project today (Small renovation works to a shop fitting project )Waiting for a delivery and driver decided not to bother dropping parcel and notified my supplier that delivery attempt failed . I was personally on site and waiting on this as promised .This is the same old story with Parcel force .When i found out parcel force would be delivering one of my parcels from my large order as the supplier had to source from else where I was disappointed. You really are a hopeless setup and should take more pride in your work .I for one as a business owner will be not be using you .But thats probably ok with your false structure as you have all the big contracts tied up Regards Mr Stephen George

Poor services. No way to contact/reach the team for help (They take really long).I've ordered an item online, and the store used Parcelforce for delivery. The item was supposed to be delivered on 25/09 (yesterday). I was at home keeping track of my order yesterday, and when I opened the tracking page at around 1:30 p.m. yesterday, the page showed that a delivery was attempted and I was not present at the address. I took leave from work, was at the provided address all day, waiting for my parcel. I didn't even receive and call/message/notification that the delivery guy was nearby or the delivery was attempted. I tried contacting your team for help but couldn't. I asked at the post office nearby and they had no clue. I had no choice but to apply for re-delivery. I applied for a redelivery yesterday and the package is supposed to be delivered today and now, my tracking details doesn't reflect that the item is getting delivered today. I tried calling the customer service number, but the voice assistant didn't recognise my accent. I waited 40 long minutes to speak to an agent and he just hung up on me after speaking for like 20 seconds. I'm still waiting for the item in the parcel. It's an emergency and it's really important for it to reach asap.
