my assessment was pretty thorough and staff were friendly

There seems to be a lot of positive reviews for Broadbent and co and I know why. I had my assessment with them a few weeks ago, Nikki was the person who dealt with me and I couldn't have hoped for any better. Initially, I wanted to have my assessment done with the local Uni as i wanted to be seen face to face but it was taking ages to organise. Broadbent had the whole thing sorted within days and I had the assessment over zoom, which didn't affect the level and quality one bit. Im glad i didn't out myself through travelling etc. You forget that these people are professional and Nikki seemed to grasp more about the way that my ,multiple health and mental health issues affect me, than my friends /medical teams! Im really grateful and blown away by the service. Would recommend to anyone. Supreme service.

I had a DSA assessment today. I was surprised at how professional my assessor was but he also made sure that I was comfortable with him before going through the process. They are really supportive and they go through the assessment with you bit by bit so you don’t get too overwhelmed. Would highly recommend this to anyone doing a DSA assessment. It took just over an hour for the assessment to be completed but overall really happy with it!

This made my assessment to be a reasonably stress-free experience. Ben was also kind, patient and understanding with me. He was clear, easy to understand and offered lots of tips and advice on how to help me study. What a brilliant assessment. I have come out of it knowing I can do this. The assessor was so helpful, reassuring and supportive. Offered lots of tips and advice on how to help me study. Showed me some of the recommended software and how to use it and how it might help. I was so apprehensive about the appointment but now I feel really positive and cannot wait to start my course. The assessor was lovely, delightful and friendly. They told me I could take a break whenever needed, but they were so nice I didn't need to. The assessor acted like they wanted what was best for me, to help me progress. I suffer from anxiety and depression but I will definitely say to anyone in a similar position, please do not worry, this assessment was very smooth and easy. Its like chatting to a friend it felt so natural. With tips, advice and the recommendations given, I feel more positive than ever that I am making the right decision to go back to study (even at my ripe old age of 50!)Thank you for making the process so smooth and reassuring. You have made me even more excited about being a student. "

While everyone is giving this company five stars, let me give you the real reality regarding this company, which only gives students they know as Caucasians, good reports, while those they feel isn't worthy of having an education, by writing a bad influencing assessments to the SFE, which leaves you with out of date equipment, and you'll end up getting kicked off the course, because of this companies institutional racist patterns of behaviour.

I had assessment with Rosalyn, she was absolutely amazing she made sure I was comfortable and the others staff at broadbent & co are so friendly. I want to thank this company for help I have received. I will highly recommend this amazing company to use for DSA. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Worst needs assessment centre. Complaints made to SLC/SFE about this company. Complaints process flawed and MD just argues.
