If you can avoid a visit at Lancaster store, please do. The sales woman was so rude. We were there around closing time and were finalizing our purchase will at the billing counter. She yelled out at us to hurry. Plus we didn't get our receipt after payment. We were entitled to a free sample since the bill crossed a certain amount, but we just got a yelling as a free sample. I'm considering switching my toiletries brand because I'm scared to go there again.

The lady at the till was rude. It was my first time to find someone speak to customers in a rude tone at The Body Shop, Lancaster. She was impatient to even help me with my queries !

Love the products here. Shame about some of the staff - I didn't want to sign up for the membership card, and the sales assistant (Liz, according to my receipt) was very pushy and honestly quite condescending. Rude in both tone and body language, and wouldn't let it go. I'm too anxious to go back to that Body Shop now, I just wanted to buy my stuff in peace.
