Got replacement vacuum cleaner from here last week, exact same model, Hoover whirlwind. Brilliant and so powerful nearly sucking the carpets up, and finally got rest of my Xmas tree needles up!!!!!. Definitely recommend & he does refurbished power tools too.

Sold me a henry hoover which broke down in less then 24hrs. Went back to get refund or even get it repaired but he's refusing to. Now the owner keeps ducking and diving me..keeps the doors locked and sits in his vauxall zafira right outside. When I confronted him he drove off nearly running me over. Mate you sold me a vacuum cleaner not a Rolex watch. Lol..avoid like the rat plague
