Done an absolutely brilliant job on my car, from start to finish everything was explained and the job delivered to a top standard.I used them following a recommendation from a friend and they didn't disappoint. Exceptional ServiceI recently changed my car, and after a great previous experience and service from Andrei, with the application of a ceramic coating on my old car, Custom Detailing, was my first choice for getting a coating applied to my new car. I booked my car in for a new car detail with the application of Gyeon Q² INFINITE. Booking the service was straight forward, and Andrei contacted me in advance of me dropping my car off to confirm the time etc. It was early evening when I dropped my car off but Andrei took the time to talk things over. When I picked my car up I was very impressed with the results and the quality of the work. Andrei always comes across as passionate about his detailing and spent time to explain the prepossesses he had used and check I was happy with everything. My car looked fantastic. I will definitely use Custom Detailing again, they always seem to go that extra mile to make your car look its best and that you are happy with the results.

I started looking for a car detailer almost a year ago that will fulfil my requirements. I explored a few car detailers around my area but after talking/meeting with them, I was not convinced that they will provide me with what I want. Then I stumbled on Custom Detailing located around Rochford and owned by Andrei Ursache. I visited his website and looked up some of the reviews and rating left on Google. The reviews were fantastic, and I was really impressed.Although I had a quick chat with him last year, I did not do anything about detailing my car until a few months ago when I decided it was time, I acted. I contacted Andrei again over the phone for a chat and we agreed that I will go to his site and meet him in person although I live around 100 miles away from him. After meeting him personally and after I have provided him with my list of requirements, he explained to me the process and I was really impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Moreover, he is really a very likeable person, down to earth and will take all the time to explain things in detailed terms. At that meeting I agreed to have him detail my car and he reserved a slot for me in July to come and bring the car.My car was with Andrei and his team for a little bit over a week and I took delivery of my car this last Sunday early morning. When he unveiled the car to me and my son, the only word that I could utter was WOW, WOW and WOW again. The car looked as if it was just rolling off the factory line (the car is 15 years old!!!). Everything I asked for was delivered within the parameters we agreed on. I cannot thank Andrei enough for the fantastic job he, his wife and his team have done. You can judge by yourself with the pictures I am attaching to this review.I would highly recommend Andrei and his Company to anybody who wants to have the perfect car detailing job. He will go out of his way to do the things that will make your car look completely rejuvenated as if it was just rolling out of the dealer showroom.Once again, many thanks Andrei for a fantastic job.

You can't buy passion and these guys back it up with quality beyond any expectation we had.We purchased a little Aclass Mercedes from online company Cinch, who supposedly pride themselves on delivering quality cars. We first returned our car to cinch on delivery because it was absolutely filthy inside and out, with a few other issues.Cinch returned the car three weeks later, still with issues and still filthy. We were given the choice to return the car or find a company that could get the car a valet and cover the cost.I obviously looked for a local company and found the only detailer with 100% 5 star reviews, Custom Detailers.We took the car to be seen by Andrei for a quote and after looking, in great detail, he found a lot more than we had originally seen, increasing the price of the work needed (trust me when I say it was truly disgusting), Cinch agreed to the full cost and we booked in, hopeful we would get the lovely car we expected on the first delivery over a month ago.When Andrei showed and explained everything he was going to do we decided to pay extra for the ceramic coating.When we picked the car up, all our jaws hit the ground, it looked like a display vehicle at a car show! And then when we sat in our gleaming gem, the interior was Immaculate and smelt amazing. It felt completely different, everything from the smallest switch to the steering wheel and seats was dirt free and gleaming.Andrei then showed how deep he went into the car with videos and pictures, he even removed the electric seats and rear to get absolutely every part that can't be seen.Needless to say, we 100% recommend Custom Detailing and look forward to getting the ceramic coating re-done in a year or two.

Excellent ServiceAndrei and his team are extremely talented and work hard to achieve the highest levels of service possible.I took my car (June 21 reg) into Custom Detailing (CD) for a paint correction and 5 year ceramic coating to the paintwork, plastic, wheels and glass.The assessment was thorough, unhurried and Andrei took time to explain the processes undertaken and the options that were available but without any form of hard sell. He was happy to answer all my questions and show me around his bespoke, well configured and immaculate workshop.Below the dirt, even though the car was essentially new, the paintwork was not in very good condition. From the factory there were significant swirls, haze and scratches.CD worked very hard over three days (and unfortunately nights due to the level of defects found) to correct the paint and apply the ceramic coating.They also undertook an interior valet to a very high standard.Wow, just wow, their attention to detail is unerring, even taking hours to clean the very last of the dirt from the felt wheel arch liners!The car shines far better than it did new with the added knowledge that the paint is protected for at least 5 years.They were keen for the car to be shown both in the workshop and in daylight so the sheer effort they put in could be appreciated.I have agreed with CD that the car will be returning to them regularly for routine washing (maintenance).Custom Detailing are highly professional and clearly care about what they do.Thank you and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Wow... what a difference. The car paintwork is like glass, not a single blemish or swirl. Looks so much better than the dealer clean prior to us buying only a week ago.. Looks better than any finish from the factory. So very happy

I was truly blown away by their work! I dropped my Toyota soarer off to custom detailing for a complete detail! When I went to pick the car up I had to ask if it was the same car I dropped off! I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you guys so much for you honesty and amazing work!

I have attended the brand new machine polishing and ceramic coating training course with Andre and Patrick over the past two days. It was very informative and very well planned out, I’d 100% recomend this course for not just beginners but also experienced detailers as there are always new tricks and techniques to learn from this incredibly talented team of experts.Thank you all for the brilliant past two days!

After looking at various car detailers on the internet I came across (Custom Detailing) to which I found their website professionally set out. The website had everything I was looking for with everything like customer reviews, photos, and links to TikTok.I started following them on TikTok which led me winning a competition on TikTok from them. After talking with Andrei, I took my Audi RS4 Avant down from Liverpool to Custom Detailing to which I was booked in for a 5-year ceramic paint protection using Gyeon products.After leaving my car with Andrie I knew it was in professional hands to which two days later the car was ready for the reveal which Andrei does using an (Airshroud) basically the car is revealed using a sliding silk like cover which is a nice touch adding to the surprise of the finished product.I personally believe that results speak louder than reviews as you will see from the website, but if you are looking for the best in car detailing then I can highly recommend (Custom Detailing) for all car and motorbike needs.I have had my car up and down our motorway networks for weeks now since my visit to Custom Detailing, I’ve even taking the car on a ferry across the channel to Jersey and back with the car still looking fresh without looking like it needs washing.
