Dave helps me with pain in my shoulder and neck, he always makes me feel at ease, provides a fantastic service and knows what he’s talking about. Dave is very accommodating and always manages to fit me in quickly when I’m in pain. He has shown me exercises that I can do to ease the pressure in my shoulder when needed and also recommend a better desk set up, which has helped me massively. I always recommend Dave to anyone with aches and pains.

I have been with Prestige for years now as they sort me out professionally and swiftly with all my aches and pains I get through Aikido. Further to this I completed this years Great North Run which would never have happened if it wasn't for Prestige fixing my achillies tendon issues.Always super friendly and happy to work round your work/home life.

After 3 days of increasing pain in my neck I felt like it was time to seek some help! Prestige managed to fit me in with a same day appointment. The service I received was fantastic. I was informed on preventative measures and the treatment received improved my pain drastically! The next day I had a lot more movement and slept a lot better that night. I would recommend to anyone and will defo be back! Thank you.

Been suffering with back and pelvis pain for over 10yrs now. Seen many physios, chiropractors etc with no success. Diagnosed with Dave pretty much straight away, a few sessions of hands on manipulation and deep tissue massage, feeling great! Hopefully get back to competing again, can't recommend Dave enough,very professional with a wealth of knowledge and overall top man! Highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have been using Dave for a number of years now to treat everything from poped ribs, pulled back muscles and misalignment of my spine through lifting things I maybe shouldn't.Each time Dave did not disappoint, returning me back to fitness with the minimum of treatments.
