We were so lucky to have found Aaron when he came to survey our property for our buyers and immediately asked him to carry out a survey for a property we were buying. He was fantastic, so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. After his survey he telephoned and gave a verbal feedback. I have moved house several times over the last few years and the survey report I received from Aaron was one of the best I have read: the report was reassuringly detailed and the addition of photos with arrows showing areas of concern was particularly useful. Aaron gave me great advice on how to liaise with the agent following the issues on the report and was always happy to have a telephone conversation in the evenings to discuss any concerns. I cannot recommend Aaron highly enough. He was so brilliant and made what could have been a stressful experience almost enjoyable! He is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled surveyor who is approachable and friendly. He suggested he meet us at the property after he conducted the survey and talked us through all the main points in an understandable and helpful way, which we were so grateful for. He said he would get the report to us within 4 days of conducting the survey and did it within 2. We were so happy with his service.Thank you Aaron!
