Had problems with my boiler for over a year had people to fix it but never sorted text to Mike on Monday explained the problem he kindly explained all my options I chose him to fix it and by Thursday boiler like new if you have problems with your boiler Mike is the man thank you very much

Could not recommend Mike enough. He came to fix our hot water circulator and he went above and beyond to explain how it all works. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and serviced, and I am extremely happy with the work carried out. Will definitely use Mike again when I need my next service.

Mike is a legendForget all those online help desks that never really deliver or help, Mike not only knows his stuff but simply can't help enough.He took a text off me on a Saturday morning and helped me resolve the problem and didn't even expect payment let alonne money up front.I insisted on paying him for his time as it means a lot to have someone so knowledgeable, humble and generous at the other end of a txt when your wife is screaming in your ear!Ask him for help, but be sure to thank him in kind.Thanks Mike. I was having some boiler issues recently and found Mike online. Of all the people I found, Mike seemed to be the most honest/straight talking. Unfortunately, I live outside the area he services. After getting another plumber to look at my boiler, I was unconvinced with their cursory glance and diagnosis that the whole unit needed to be replaced. Mike was kind enough to answer some questions and give me a second opinion and some advice by text even though he knew it would not lead to work for him. He assured me that there was really no way my boiler 'might blow up' as the other guy had asserted which really calmed my fears. A class act - I just wish he lived nearer!

Our 29 year old Potterton boiler packed up. Our local plumber informed us we needed a new boiler. We found Mike online. He talked us through various options to diagnose what the fault might be. Thanks to him we discovered the fault was in the pump not the boiler. His prompt and very helpful advice saved us a lot of money and got the house warming again. This sort of help is so rare and so very much appreciated.

I cannot praise Mike the boilerman highly enough. His knowledge, honesty, professionalism, support & caring attitude go beyond and above. I was most desperate when I found Mike’s details online: the company that installed the system washed their hands, the manufacturer told me that the system was out of the (2 years) warranty and could not help. The local warm air engineer told me that the system was “rubbish” and should be replaced. Mike was very honest and told me that he did not know my system (WarmCair C16D – a rather new system) but took the time & trouble to familiarize himself with the system and talked to the manufacturer before his visit. He further liaised with the manufacturer regarding the parts required to fix the problem. I am also so very grateful for his amazing fast response. Thank you so very much Mike, you are the best

Great service and knowledge of the boiler! Mike identified the issue within minutes where as another engineer had failed and subsequently tried to put me down the road of a new boiler was needed due to its age and the unavailability of parts. So if you have engineers telling you that your Potterton Suprima has come to the end of it’s life, please speak to Mike first as it’s very likely it has not!

Found mike’s details from his helpful YouTube videos and website. Easily contacted via WhatsApp with prompt replies. Made himself available at the drop of a hat. Flexible also. Very knowledgeable and happy to educate me also! Did not make me feel silly about fixing a simple issue on my Pulsacoil 2000 Immersion heater. Genuine and all round stand up guy. Kind and very professional. Will definitely use again. Thanks again Mike! Was too generous surrounding payment. Honest tradesman difficult to find at times. (Also had great chat!)
