Raj who fitted everything was amazing and his attention to detail and hard work ensured that the final fitting went without out a hitch. After a positive experience the first time round hence the two stars,I’m gutted at the experience recently, never received my quote for adding more shutters to my house. Had to chase for weeks to never receive a call back when I did finally hear back didn’t include a quote it was just one message and my next query just wasn’t answered.Biggest worry that my current shutters are still under warranty and getting through to anyone is a nightmare.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Shuttercraft. Very good & professional service. I ordered shutters for 2 large windows. Gene went through all my options without any sales pressure. They were ready for installation a couple of weeks before I was ready to have them installed which wasn’t a problem, I just picked a date that suited me and they were happy to oblige. The 2 shutters were installed in a few hours. Really clean work. Really happy with them and very happy to recommend.

We're very happy with the shutters installed by Shuttercraft. The installer was very clean and had good attention to details. Even the caulk around the frames was done well, which is uncommon. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the internal shutters I had fitted to downstairs and upstairs windows. They look very elegant and clean and are simple to operate. Very nice quality material, and they really give a nice sense of privacy in the day when semi-open, and darkness early in the morning (when they are fully shut). They allow a lot of control over light levels. I'm hopeful they will also keep the house warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Gene was very professional and polite, and didn't leave any mess behind at all. I thoroughly recommend the company.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Gene was great from initial consultation, making sure everything was what I wanted as I wanted to go for a bold colour! Installation was done in a day and I am beyond pleased with them, they look incredible and I cannot thank Gene enough! Highly recommend!!

I chose Shuttercraft after my next door neighbour recommended them. The shutters look so smart and we have sun all day through different parts of our living room window, so wanted to versatility of being able to angle different sections in different ways. The whole process was easy, from the initial requested visit from the sales team, through measuring and fitting. The shutters are bespoke and excellent quality. They have opened up our living space, giving it a more airy feel, whilst maintaining privacy and still allowing me to see what’s going on outside. They are not cheap but we’ll worth the investment. Excellent craftsmanship and service.
