After 5 distressing phone calls to British Gas I contacted Jules in a terrible state, Jules rang them for me and got them to sort the issue out, she was literally amazing I felt beside myself with worry, Jules dealt with the issue as a matter of emergency I honestly cant thank her enough

Absouloutly fantastic helped me so so much with gas and electric if it wasn't for these I'd of been sitting in the dark no heating with my kids absouloutly wonderful caring place and great customer services x
