We used Conor for our full house renovation in West London, he did the structural drawings and calculations for the whole house from the loft conversion to the ground floor extension. He was highly professional and efficient and was at hand to deal with any problems that arose with the building process. We couldn't have done it without him and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Conor has been a godsend for my project. I had a tricky situation getting building control approval. However, with Conor's hard work and expertise we were able to overcome this obstacle without causing a significant delay to the project. Conor is highly professional and an excellent communicator. I will start by saying this is/was my first experience working on a loft extension, Conor from Techne Engineering was very professional, fast and friendly.Techne Engineering went above and beyond the scope of their responsibilities to help and advice with any questions and concerns.I would strongly advice using this company for such Engineering needs and probably avoid bigger companies which can't provide the personal touch Techne Engineering Ltd provides.

We received great service from Conor at Techne Engineering. He handled all the structural calculations for our complicated 2 storey rear extension plus dormer loft. Communication was always quick, accurate and detailed. He listened carefully to what was important to us and came up with some creative ideas about how to address things. I really valued his insights and ideas that saved us money but still created a great final look. He communicated well with the builders too. I really couldn’t have asked for more.

His design saved us money and he was quick to answer any questions and support us in any way needed. They even gave us a discount because we were a charity. Conor propmptly responded to my Bark enquiry, when I was seeking a structural engineer for loft conversion and rear/side-infill extension for our Victorian terraced house. His efficiency and manner made it an easy choice to go with him, and indeed Conor has been superb thereafter ... he produced spot-on technical drawings and metrics, he perpetually liaised with our architect and construction team, and always kept me in the loop. I've already recommended Conor to friends and family, and no doubt would recruit him again myself for any future projects.
