Friendly and Helpful staff, one member of staff helped my daughter select which Pop figures to buy, he was so convincing he helped me buy 2 for myself. Ha ha. Great Service.

Keep you waiting at a till for 5 mins with 3 members of staff then are the most rude staff I’ve seen and accused of being fraudulent by what I assumed was the store manager when trying to return a product bought on credit, clearly don’t understand how credit agreements work with clearpay, Klarna etc

While having a nice variety of things from anime games and other items how ever many items are cheaper from other areas for example the funko pops are usaly around £5 cheaper

Looking for those more niche gift ideas, this is an ideal place. HUGE range of Pop Vinyl figures and other collectables. Friendly & helpful staff. Unsure why it's Men"kind but good shop"

EXCELLENT customer services. We were needing a particular Pop figure and the manager mentioned they were coming in stock that afternoon and OFFERED TO KEEP ONE TO THE SIDE so we could collect within 24 hours. Honestly it felt like we’d gone back 20 years to when shops used to care about the customers. Most places nowadays would have just said ‘none in stock’ or ‘try back later’ , but the manager at Menkind White Rose genuinely cares about customer service.Honestly the manager is fantastic.Thank youJosh & Kirsty
