Green Garage

The garage is great and provides good customer service. But there is room for improvement. When you take your car for 6 years for MOT and car service, and fluids run low just after service or your lights have been misaligned it makes you think . Why am I paying all this money?Repair work is done without any problems.

I highly recommend this garage, I've used it for many years and always been satisfied with the services they offer. I use the services for all my family vehicles. I actually live in Leicester and have no problem driving to Coventry to have any of my families vehicles tested or repaired.

Amazing team at Green Garage, always helpful and very honest. I have been taking my car there since over 7 years. I atleast do 20,000miles a year and have it regularly serviced here at Green Garage. I have had remarkable customer service and not had major problems with my car. They are honest and reliable and very efficient. Would definitely recommend them without a doubt.

Absolutely great service from Kieron and the team. Diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired at a fraction of the costs quoted from the other garages. Highly recommended, great service!

I took my car here today with a faulty exhaust although not booked they managed to get my car in and fix it I can’t fault this very professional garage and il definitely be using these guys as my regular garage top job

Overall, good mechanical job no problems at all.In terms of the service, it was just DISGUSTING. The 2-3h long job took overall 5h 30min (9:30-15:00) to be completed. The manager was extremely rude, unpleasant and very difficult to talk to. He constantly SHOUTED AND WAS INTERRUPTING me on every sentence. Made some personal remarks too.He also said that it was my fault for not telling him when I needed my car back, as the job might usually take longer than expected.This I understand, however, all the spares and parts were supplied by me and the car is in an impeccable condition, so it was supposed to be an easy job.To add, initially over the phone, I was quoted for the 2-3h job, which adds to my frustration. Anyhow, I think the problem was with the shop management, they were either understaffed or were just wasting customers' time. The store manager needs to know how to talk to customers, especially when it's his fault. I did receive a small '£10 discount' of £120 though.However, this place is a waste of time, avoid the manager at all times.Please do not delete this review, as I have it saved and I will just re-post it again if needed. People must be aware of what you guys are doing in there.

High recommend garage. Changed wheel bearing on my Audi really quick with good price. Definitely I will come back.
