Had a Worcester oil boiler fitted a couple of moths ago by aubrey cornfoot after our old boil gave up on us. The company and the installers were fantastic. They done everything they could to get it sorted as quick as they could as we had no heating or hot water, and we were due to go on holiday.Could recommend this company enough.

The owners wife runs the reception and she is both rude and uncouth to her customers not when you book a service but after the so called bumped up price has been paid, and you try to get the faults their engineer has made, fixed?Avoid this family run company until they run things in a professional manner and definitely until they get a trained professional receptionist....or until they wise up and ask me where things went wrong or they'll be hearing from one of the top lawyers in London backed by the gas safety organisation.....that'll shake them up . . . . . . . . .

What an amazing service. In the couple of years since they installed the Worcester oil boiler, they have been on the ball and excellent. Today, Susan, talked us through a check list of possible issues over several phone calls, rather than involve us in an expensive" call out by an engineer. Two double A batteries in the controller

Had a Worcester Bosch Boiler installed 2 years ago. However it was never up to the standard we thought it should be. It was always at the low end of pressure and i had to manually increase it or reset it a couple of times. We had a service after 12 months (again using A C) but the problem persisted. We just go used to it. I called the company but the lady barked down the phone when I said there were problems after the service and said we would need to pay a call out fee and it wasnt their fault.So last week we had a kitchen refurb and the plumber found a plaster food container hidden under the boiler full of sediment and water, overflowing for months onto the wall and floor behind the units.. Someone placed it there to collect a leak from the boiler and like magic the mystery of the boiler struggling to pressurise was solved. The plumber fixed it in 2 mins. The boiler has been perfect since then. He couldn't get over how bad it was...Absolutely disgusting workmanship. Ill never use again and would urge people to look at reputable companies.

Boiler fitted in adverse weather conditions, completed on roof before the snow. Plasterer did good job.

Fantastic service from Scot and Mark an amazing professional team. Full CH system installed in four days. CH worked first time with no problems and the team left the house in a neat and tidy condition when they left. Thank you guys.

Stripped out my ducted air central heating and fitted new wet system. Scott was there 6 days, assisted by other colleagues as and when, doing all the plumbing work. You would think nobody had been in the house! Spotless work, mess cleaned up every day. Fixtures and fittings put back as before - even the carpets!! Great work, nice to see proper tradesmen for a change. Would definitely recommend this company. Great find. Thank you very much. Job well done.

Excellent service this morning. Rang at 9, call returned at 9.15. Engineer promised for this morning by midday. Repair completed by 10 am. We are now warm - and very grateful.
