The tumblers them selves are amazing,,, delivery was okay,, the only complaint was my daughters came with a broken straw and was told there would be a new one in the post but we never actually received it

Great customer service after the lid arrived broken (fault of the delivery company) and the after service was faultless, friendly and top class, arranging a replacement to be sent the next day at no extra cost
