Abc Taxis

This taxi company is the worst taxi company ever. First off when the taxi man came he parked across the road from my house instead of pulling into my drive way, so after waiting for the traffic to clear me and my child then had to cross the road to get to the taxi. Then when I arrived my destination he then tried to charge me a different price and this was the 3rd time I've used this company to go to the said destination. Then when I phoned up the office, the agent refused to give me a price telling me he doesn't know the price for the destination and then he hung up!! When these taxi men aren't trying to rip you off the service is just awful!!! NEVER AGAIN!

i use these up to 8 times a week and never had a problemtonight i requested a taxi for myself and my dogthe call handler told me none of my drivers want your dog in their car....never had a problem beforejust lost my daily/weekly custom

First time I used this service, driver was late. Drived like an idiot and did not stop swearing the whole journey. Did not feel safe. Called up head office who weren't interested at all.Then went to call for a quote today for a 20 minute journey and requested a disabled taxi fit for a wheelchair. Not interested and woman was vile on the end of the phone. Will never use again and will never recommend!!!!!!

I was travelling from BIrmingham airport. The company I usually use let me down very badly and refused to pick me up .Your driver was excellent and greeted me at the airport from my description. He got me home safely and was very professional .I Will boycott the other company from now on and use ABC

Absolute rip off. A journey of 3.3 miles and they wanted to charge me £15 !When asked why it was expensive the driver told me it was because of my son's wheelchair ! When I told him about the disabled discrimination act, he back tracked and said it was only £13 now and it was because there was 5 of us. I contacted his base and they tried to tell me they thought it was fair because of the wheelchair also !I will be contacting Dudley council to see if this is acceptable. I live in Burnt Tree and it only cost £20 on the same night for us all to get back from Birmingham City Center !!

We have used ABC to return to Lichfield from Dudley after visiting friends twice now, they pick us up from the train station as well, if necessary.They charge a fair price and booking is easy. I get a text when the taxi is dispatched and they have always showed up on time. The drivers are very good; friendly and helpful even though it's late at night.All in all, friendly reliable service which is much appreciated!

I use abc cars quite regularly and I am usually happy with their service but this morning at approx. 7.30am I had a cab that took me on a 8 mile journey when infact it was only 6. The appalling driver decided to extort me of 12 quid when I usually only pay 10 max. When I asked him any questions he completely ignored me and just sped up. Eventually he realised that he was extorting me and we came to an 'agreement' of 11 quid. I then called the taxi rank when I reached my destination and asked to speak with the owner/manager and I was again greeted with a nonchalant arrogant attitude. He almost sounded high/drunk and he couldn't care less about my complaint. Nevertheless abc cars treat your costumers right, you lost one in me but maybe this will help you improve. #Do not use this service people!

Pre booked a taxi @6.45and they showed up 15 minutes late. We were getting a train. Don't use them if you need to get trains or a plane. Tried to call and complain no answer typical.

Rude and arrogant, would never use this taxi again. Wanted to go to the vets 2 miles out of dudley, he had no idea where it was sighing. He stated you should no where you going. I replied your the taxi not me. Rang to complain, a lady on the other end had no interest at all. So all in all shambolic run service
