EXCELLENT!! All spare part companies need to live up to Mower Part Sales! I messaged them on eBay out of hours and I had a response immediately regarding a size issue with an idler pulley bearing I was sent. Paul was very helpful and had a replacement pulley sent out next day for me. I will certainly be using this company in the future for other spare parts for machines. 5* Company.

Quick deliver received parts within 2days. However Ordered parts with one item wrong but email company on a weekend out of hours and got a response immediately. A Genuine mistake. Paul was very helpful and efficient and is delivering the correct part to me today. Would definitely recommend this company for its trustworthiness and customer friendly staff. Parts are reasonably priced. And payment process is simple. Different delivery options available and tracking included. Overall happy with service

I ordered a cutting deck for my Husqvarna Ride-on mower knowing that because of holidays it couldn't be dealt with until Wednesday of this week. I received an email just after 10am that day saying the item was being dispatched. The same day the Couriers, DX , contacted me to say that they hoped to deliver it next day ! The following day the Couriers texted before noon to say that they wouldn't manage it 'til the next day. It arrived mid-morning on the Friday, as promised. Two days from Northern Ireland to Herefordshire, with excellent customer communication was brilliant, especially in the wake of much-publicised post- Brexit disruptions. I'm very pleased with the quality of the mower-deck, and highly impressed by Mower Part Sales customer service, and that of their Couriers, DX Express. Thank you.

I ordered a new deck drive belt over the weekend on Monday morning I received an email infoming me that it had beer despatched it arrived the following Morning . I'd say that's an excellent service and will definitely be using them again. I haven't fitted the belt yet but it looks to be of a very good quality.

I ordered new blades and bosses for my lawnmower yesterday afternoon at 3pm and the doorbell rang not half an hour ago with the package. I wasn't expecting to receive the order until Monday at the earliest but the efficiency and processing speed, at least in this case, was truly outstanding. I will be using them again and will recommend their services to anyone and everyone.The pricing is very competitive too.

I have used mower part sales for at least 3 years to source parts for ride on mowers, in all that time their service , stock levels and delivery times have been excellent.Outstanding quality for their customers, highly recommend.

This is only company I have come across that out performs Amazon! An email enquiry on a Sunday led to advice and dispatch of the relevant part for an old mower next day. Thai service has been repeated 3 times now!
