I would like to recommend highly Sam Audio Tv, for the great expertise, reliable in attendance, correct in price charging and fast detecting problem and sorting it out for you with care. Very professional Marc fixed my tv in connecting it with channel Virgin box and tidying all the messy cables for me. There are very few electronics repair shops around these days, most of the time our failed electronic devices are just thrown away, but in many cases they are fixable. Sam proved this recently, fixing my built in microwave and the power supply to my iMac, saving me a lot on the cost of replacing them, and reducing the damage that my consumerism has done to the environment.

Fixed one issue but caused another. My dad took his Sony TV in for repair, it was not switching on. Now it switches on but none of the hdmi inputs work (which they did before). He was charged a whopping 240! No receipt provided, I called and Sam agreed he will email me receipt and details on what was done, never received a response. Even whatsapped but it was ignored. Clearly taking advantage of an old man, stay away from these crooks!!

Shocking customer service, ask this person to provide a quote to fix a backlight issue to my TV. He quoted and I confirmed I wished to progress! Looking at the previous poor review I have dodged a bullet! Ignored my request to book the work in! Probably watching YouTube to work out how to replace the backlight of a Panasonic TV! Don’t use this person (assume he’s a one man band) if you can help it!

Sam is great! Highly recommend his shop. Came here for the first time on recommendation from someone else because my bunny had chewed through my TV cord. He replaced the cord completely in a matter of hours at a very reasonable price!
