The property I wanted was being marketed by Duckworths. The experience was made as stress free as possible by the entire team but in particular we dealt with Debbie who was always friendly and approachable. We had multiple viewings which were arranged in a timely and professional manner with minimal fuss. There was excellent communication right up to completion. Thank you Duckworths.

Would 100% recommend Duckworths, our main contact was Rebecca however we dealt with Debbie, Rebecca and James at various points throughout the process and all were happy to help.We unfortunately ended up in quite a lengthy and complex chain, however Rebecca was a big help in assisting us to push our solicitors and the wider chain through to completion.I know where I’ll be going if we decide to buy/sell in future!

Overall even though a sale was achieved, personally l was not pleased with the service. The sold sign went up far to quick twice, telephone calls ignored but answered from another number, lack of contact once sale had been agreed. And just a thank you for the monies we paid on completion would have been nice.
