Collected my car from here last week and the whole process was seamless, would definitely recommend JMV cars and would buy from them again, I was kept up to date with the car and received video updates along the way, the car was exactly as described if not better couldn’t fault it one bit was in pristine condition along with the rest of the stock they had on site, the staff were friendly and helpful and the whole experience was great 10/10

I have just bought my first car on my own and the experience here was about as unstressful as it could be. It was useful to be able to do a test drive on a Sunday. I returned 3 days later to pick up the car and it was immaculately presented and fully charged (Tesla). I would recommend JMV catrs for great communication and service.

From the very first phone call I made to enquire about the car, to me purchasing the car, was just a smooth experience.I live pretty far from the garage and Jay kindly sent a personalised video of the car so I can I have a better look. Which I thought was a lovely touch.My partner and I got the train down to the garage, and we got there pretty late, but we was still welcomed with a friendly smile.Jay and Matthew were so friendly and answered all our questions and we felt at ease.They weren't like your typical 'car dealership seller' trying to sell" us a car

Where do I even start! What an amazing service from the boys at JMV Cars! I picked my dream car and they couldn’t have made the experience anymore professional. Was such a welcoming place and felt so at ease as I was spending more money than I ever have done before. They even put a bow and flowers on the car for me. Jay and Matt couldn’t have been more helpful. The showroom was such a beautiful space with good music!! I will 100% be buying from here again. I have also told all my family and friends to come here. Picked up our car yesterday and what a nice surprise. Nice honest dealership. Very friendly staff. Huge thanks to Jay and rest of the team for a smooth process. Even sorted out the road tax while we were there. The car is lovely and was a sensible price, unlike some others we had looked at. Would recommend them 100%.
