Marshall of Cambridge - Jaguar - Service

Thank you Pedro.Travelling down to London mid afternoon the car lost power and went into limp mode, fortunately being on the M11 with turnings approaching for Cambridge and having previously lived in Cambridge I new Marshall was the Jaguar dealership to head for.On arrival I dealt with a very personable young man who listened to my explanation of the issues with the car and then dealt with the mechanics who diagnosed a major throttle body issue resulting in a replacement at some considerable cost. I am not overly impressed with my XJ which has only travelled 30,000 miles but I guess that just Jaguar, however Pedro kept me totally informed on how the work was progressing throughout the afternoon and I'm sure helped to fit my unexpected visit into the afternoons scheduled work load.My wife who had no experience of a jaguar dealership but would have expected first class treatment was impressed with the professional, friendly personal treatment.Thanks Pedro and the mechanics at Marshall Cambridge.Regards Peter Hall
