Treetops Activity Centre

Really good for parties, good fun for kids and easy to park (plenty of on road space as well as the car park) plus good selection of food and snacks.4 star because its cold in the winter which means if you don't wrap up and are sitting at the tables it's not much fun

So we have always loved it here! And still do! It's fun, the staff are excellent and it's reasonably clean however.....it's a shame they have tomprice themselves out the market... A child entry plus a coffee and a slushy was £13! A chip cob with 4 sachets of sauce £5! A simple portion of chips £3.75 that more expensive than a chippy! Prices are excessive so bear that in mind a coffee (not a very nice one, sadly) is more expensive than a mc cafe large toffee latte and it's about a third of the size. I appreciate they need to put prices up, everything has gone up but these prices are ridiculous.

We visited just yesterday. I had driven 2 hours to celebrate my nephew's 5th birthday on a school night. Straight after picking my nephew's up from school we came to the playcentre. My sister, brother in-law and his elderly mother who all live locally, decided we could go to this play centre with 4 children in tow (1 being mine).Upon arrival I filled in our details for all our children. 3 kids and a 13 month old toddler came upto £22. That was reasonable. However I wanted to pay and was just getting my money out but my brother in-law was trying to scan his card quickly. To which the man (about 45-50yr old) at the counter rudely shouted at us, 'OH CAN YOU PLEASE HURRY UP!!! THERE IS A CUSTOMER BEHIND YOU!!!' (If she was a customer then what were we??) They were not busy at the time. We were not taking a long time. Just the time it took for me to write all the children's names on the piece of paper as quick as I could. Perhaps he was the manager as there was another young lady with him, for him to speak and treat us so rudely. I did think is it because my sister and I, that we are in the minority group (Chinese) is why he could do this? As I was reading other reviews their experiences was very different from our frosty entrance.I was served at the café by a lovely mannered young lady. She looked like part time staff. The management should take notes regarding customer service from this young lady as the man clearly had none.2 bottles of Pepsi Max, a latte, 3 slushes, a bottle of orange and 3 small bowls of chips came to £25+.The children enjoyed themselves here. My sister said that they tried to book a party here for the weekend but it was full so booked else where for their party. We stayed until they were closing at 6pm. We were not thanked or aknowledged when leaving. They couldn't wait to lock up after us and pulled down the shutters fast.I felt I needed to write this review as my daughter and I didn't go anywhere but here on our 4 hr round trip yesterday. We won't be coming back just because of how poorly we were treated by this man. And I don't think the management would even care for this review as I can imagine they would be very busy with lots of other customers at other busier times. If the man had left a good impression, we would surely come back in the future but for now we will be going else where.The 1 star would go to the young lady's great customer service skills who could see past my origin and colour.

It was busy and loud but my nearly 3 year old loved it. We were here for a party and they were amazing in accommodating her allergies giving her a special meal which was suitable for her diet. Better than any parties we’ve been too before where we have to take our own for her or pick around the menu!

Usually excellent, but disappointing today. Peak time on a Saturday and with Norovirus currently rife; had to tell staff about empty soap dispensers in the toilets. Hand sanitisers were all empty as well, and we were told they had completely ran out and couldn’t re-fill them.

Went for the first time with my son after the refurbishment and it looks great, my son had a great time and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend

Grandsons birthday party. Was my first visit. Very impressed and well organised. Hired the inflatable slid and bouncy castle. All children enjoyed the activities.

Our son attended a 5 year old birthday party... It was busy but there was a dedicated zone for the birthday so they all had lots of time to play... Staff were friendly and I noticed a lot of continual cleaning... Would definitely look at having a party here for our son next time

TreeTops is a great place to bring your children for a soft play. This place is usually full, it can host kids birthday parties. You can buy food, drinks, snacks and it has ample of space for everyone to be comfortably seated. The bouncing castle and slides are used for parties, but usual soft play area is used by other children. The place looks spacious, clean and welcoming. The toilets are also spacious and clean. Food and non alcoholic drink are also being served on premises. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, ample of great fun with your kids guaranteed.
