This venue is absolutely incredible and an absolute dream wedding location. A blank canvas you can really put your own personal stamp on. Set in stunning grounds. An absolute photographers dream!

A stunning location for a wedding with a picturesque lake and a Japanese-style bridge, which provide a great backdrop for wedding photos. Tucked away off the road but extremely close to Wallingford. It was a special venue to play saxophone at whilst guests mingled in the sunshine.

Going through an English wine and spirits phase. Ordered some lovely wine a while back - we loved the Pinot Noir. However, the Brandy was such a wonderful surprise. The first bottle from the 1st cask was smooth and quaffable - lasted seconds in my collection! However, the second - really exceptional, Christmas in every sip. Lovely how each cask has its own personality.

Had a great first visit to the Pooch paddock here ran by Zoë, plenty of room for Margo and Alf to let off steam and nice secure fencing with easy parking. We will be back tomorrow for more fun with the hounds.

Pleasant vineyard run by a husband-wife team. If you're going for the tour, bear in mind that it's not just wine information and it's not that professionally slick. There's a lot of extraneous info about the local history and nature, and a fair bit of moaning about the weather, other vineyards, etc. A pleasant enough day out, however, and the tasting is nice though the wines are mediocre and expensive.

A proper vineyard run by a passionate husband and wife team (ex raf so I'm biased). I've bought wine here, and taken part in a days picking, lovely vineyard in the heart of rural Oxfordshire. The white Crispin is lovely and crisp, the Bacchus a traditional English wine, the red reminds me of a rustic French semi claret. You can almost taste the Wallingford soil!
