Hotpoint Repairs Cheltenham
Horrible service, engineer came to fix the oven without parts to be fixed despite we explained the issue in advance the week before, customer helpline is a disaster, not helpful at all, we also returned some items and did not get the refund, not answering the emails about it, and by phone they kept sending my call to other departments till eventually I finished where I started, extremely disappointing
