PERFECT !!!! I have bought new cars from VW, BMW, Mercedes etc. I have never ever been treated and supported so well, and not pressured in to purchase. The knowledge of the cars and what they were, mileage service history Etc perfect. You never ever get that Thank you.When i collected the car and all the jobs i asked to be completed had been and then when i asked for a couple of extra parts a week later( i said i would pay), no problem we will send them, was the answer !!Why can't all car buying be like this. thank you(oh and the car so good my partner wont give it back)

The Sea of used Saabs visible as you enter the Alladins Cave that forms the remote and slightly chaotic premises of Hagstrom initially conceals the fact that this is an absolute gem of a business, you will find examples of this once revered marque ranging from low mileage, excellent and rare to breaking for spares. Run by Ashley (sales & workshop ) and Alison (office ) I was immediately struck by the amiable and relaxed manner by which I was treated, Ash has an encyclopaedic knowledge of Saab vehicles and is straightforward to deal with. I was lucky enough to secure a beautiful 9.3 convertible from their stock which ticked all my boxes, the few little niggles I had when test driven were all dealt with by Ash in their own workshop with fitters who constantly work with Saabs and really know their job.If you are looking for an example of a quality future classic at a sensible price then I can recommend a visit to Hagstrom, there's no high pressure sales pitch, just knowledgeable informed advice and help.

Picked up a 2010 93 1.9TTID Sports Wagon a couple weeks ago and have now racked up 1200 seamless miles. Honestly was extremely impressed with the presentation, condition and work carried out. Customer service was great, being welcoming and really knowledgeable about all things Saab. Will definitely be returning to Hagstrom Saab, even if it is to see their collection! Thank you Hagstrom!

Took delivery of my 9-3 Viggen last weekend from Hagstrom Saab. Absolutely over the moon with the car. Faultless 200 mile journey home. Heard about this place from an ad on auto trader while shopping for a Saab 9-3, photos showed some amazing models from their stock of over 200 Saabs. Was very smitten by a stunning looking 2003 Aero convertible and after a visit for a viewing was sold on buying it. The people at Hagstrom Saab were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A trade in deal with my 2002 5 door 9-3 and I was able to collect the Aero fully prepped to a very high standard within a week and very happy with it, I highly recommend Hagstrom Saab, Independent Saab Specialist, Norfolk if like me your a Saab enthusiast looking for a top quality used Saab. Been 6 months and 6000 miles with my 9-3 I bought from Ash. Don’t want to jinx it but have to commend highly on how well they’ve managed to prep this vehicle. Finding excuses to take it on a run, really.

As with other reviewers on here the sales process for buying our Saab 93 convertible was unpressured and helpful. The preparation of the car when we received it was immaculate. We have just done our first long journey in it and it is a delight to drive.If you like Saabs these are people to buy from and worth travelling 150 miles for - which is what we did.

Considering Saab’s are no longer made, and if you’re in the market for buying one, they will almost certainly be an older car. But Hagstrom Saab took their time to ensure that my 1999 9-3 was fastidiously prepared, before I took delivery last weekend. And to use Ash’s words, “it’s easier to tell you what we didn’t replace” such was their attention to detail in preparing the car for collection. A faultless 200 mile journey home saw the car drive effortlessly and without fault. I can honestly say I am over the moon with this car. And considering the age of the car, I can’t praise Hagstrom Saab highly enough. Let them do their thing - it might take a bit longer - but they really looked into every detail of my car before they were content to hand me the keys. You won’t be disappointed.
