It was my first time having a carbon facial so I wasn’t really sure what to expect.Susy explained everything about the treatment and even how the machine worked.Her studio is so clean and relaxing that I actually nearly fell asleep whilst she was giving me the carbon facial.Would I recommend this studio and Susy?Hell yes I would and I will definitely be back.Thanks again Susy.

I have recently had laser hair removal at Skin Renew in Otley.I have had laser before and it was a really uncomfortable experience but this was the opposite as Susy made sure the laser levels were right for my skin and but still got the results I wanted. She was professional and personable and really put me at ease.Definitely recommended for the service and at a good price.
