Masahe

It's absolutely brilliant. I have had bad sciatica for many years and went to different therapists, and all they did was massage a bit and gave exercises. However, with kristensen, I got the full deep treatment for 3 weeks...I had no idea how damaged my back and legs were. But he worked his magic and each session was massive progress. Highly recommended.

I came to visit Kristian due to suffereing from migraines. I am use to getting around 2 migraines a week and have suffered with them for over 5 years. I've now visited Kristian 3/4 times and i can say its been 6 weeks since i last got a migraine. He really worked on my neck/shoulder and top back using graston therapy techniques. Definitely one to try. He has alot to offer and shares alot of info on different stretches and postures to help.

I have had lower back /Hamstring problems for a number of months. Krystian at Masahe was recommended to me. I saw him a couple of days ago and am amazed how much better they both are. Krystian really got to the problem area . I would highly recommend him ..he really knows what he is doing

Was recommend to try Masahe by a friend as I have lower back pain. I have had two sessions with Kristian and I can feel that my back has significantly improved and my pain has almost gone. Now to keep on top of it with excercises. Thank you Kristian

I’ve struggled with sciatica for a few years now since slipping 2 disks in my back. Krystian has been great, I’ve had 4 sessions since March and feel a lot more confident with my back. I’ve started running and playing football again for the first time in 3 years and am completely pain free! 10/10 would recommend!

I was in a motorcycle accident in July 2023 and despite having relatively minor injuries I felt stiff and tense so found Krystian and booked in to see if he could help me.Krystian is a lovely down to earth guy and is so knowledgeable in his field of work. It did not take him long to identify the muscles causing the stiffness which were then having a knock on effect to other muscle groups.Using the blade technique he stripped the muscles back and loosened them all off and after only 3 sessions I looked and felt like a new person. I no longer hunched my shoulders, stood more upright and felt great.I cannot recommend Krystian highly enough, he has worked miracles for me and will do the same for you. His rates are reasonable and he really puts the effort into you as it’s rare you see the masseuse physically shattered after a session but That’s the level of effort he puts into you.Thank you Krystian for everything you’ve done for me and that is why I now come once a month to ensure I stay in top shape both physically and mentally.
