Excellent service - the place is kept clean.Used ironing service today clothes are pressed well. No shiny bits which is quite common on seams where the iron is too hot. Clothes collected on hangers and plastic.Not sure about talkative-shaved-head lady?This current attendant is lovely and helpful. What a difference good customer service makes! Please keep her. I will be back for my duvet!

Shaved haired lady is extremely rude and patronising. Her presence is so negative that I've now started going out of hours to avoid her non-stop ranting when customers ask for help. Sometimes nothing can set her off, she'll just start ranting. Besides her, machines are good and the other lady (who unfortunately doesn't seem to be in there often) is a delight.

I have never used a laundrette before in my 23 years of living so I definitly needed assistance. Larissa, the woman who was working the day I went, was absolutely wonderful. She was really helpful, patient and overall friendly. The place was very clean and tidy too.It was a great first experience, will 100% recommend.

Clean and compact it is a good place to visit.It is unlikely that you will ever find a place with such friendly and helpful staff.They even offer service washes and ironing , a hidden gem.

Took two loads in for a 2day turn around and was charged £50. Haggled down to £40 as even that price is ridiculous. Many of our clothes have also been shrunk. Do not recommend.

This is self-service and you will need one pound coins for the machines. The place is very clean. Sometimes there is a lady that helps you getting change or helps you with your laundry. I highly recommend this place!
