A few months ago my oil light came on as I was travelling towards Taunton and I pulled in to national tyres for some help. They didn’t sell oil but given the situation gave me free of charge enough oil in the short term to get me to Halfords the other side of town.After that gesture, myself and my partner will only use them. I regularly use the car wash which for the last 12 months has been much more reliable. I’ve had my car in for MOT today which was a smooth process throughout. Cheers (i believe the manager is Shaun) and the wider team, always great customer service.

What a great team, National should be very proud of them. Easy booking, but when they spotted my error they quickly sourced the correct tyres and had me back in within hours. Work done quickly, politely and efficiently. Have gone there for over 10 yrs and will return

Took my Golf there for an MOT and Service. Sapphire behind the counter made it easy to drop off and pick up, let me know when MOT was done so I was aware of all or any work needing to be done (thankfully nothing failed) however I needed new brakes… the manager of the shop was fantastic along with all his mechanics they said they would do it for a better price and would be done there and then. Couldn’t fault them on any way always found it hard to take my car to a garage and think about getting ripped off but not here they are fab. Will be booking again next year! Cheers guys!

Have to say am super impressed with the service and care from this garage. The mechanics were quick , efficient and friendly. From ordering the tyres I needed, to fitting them and checking my car over the whole process was easy and the team were friendly. Highly recommend.

Popped in Sunday afternoon to get air put in tyres. Shaun was really helpful and not only did he put air in tyres, he diagnosed leak in valve and fixed that for me there and then as well as topping up oil and screen wash for me. Great service, thanks Shaun and Connor!

Ordered weeks in advance but when I came in today, the tyres had not arrived. As a result, I wasted the entire morning for nothing. I should have been informed if Bridgestone have not delivered the tyres in time, really pathetic service. 0 stars.

Very easy to book, reasonably priced, proficient and nearby. Comfortable waiting room. Polite and friendly staff. Asked a question about the renewal date of my MOT and my misguided belief was corrected in a kind manner, and it was explained what I needed to know. Vehicle passed its MOT, and I will definitely use next year. Who knew they did so much more than tyres?

I took my car for wheel alignment yesterday.I got on the motorway today and I don't know what they have done but the car is not right, it's still pulling to the right and now if I hold the steering wheel straight the car goes to the left.Not only that I don't believe they checked the car properly as on on invoice it states that my tyre tread is 5mm on all wheels and at 53% but only 2 days before hand I had a brand new tyre fitted on the front. I don't know whether the technician just couldn't be bothered to check it so made up the numbers or if they got my car mixed up with someone else's.Also on the invoice it states there is nothing for me to keep an eye on but yet on Sunday I noticed a nail in my tyre. It's not causing any issues so no need to sort just yet but this wasn't picked up on.Won't be going here again.
