Recently had new bumper fitted as someone reversed into car. Pleased with workmanship however poor customer service. Semples made a mistake with quote..person gave us money for repair then Semples rang to apologise as wrong price quoted but did not give any offer of reduction in the total price as the error was their fault (the smallest amount would have been appreciated).

Came here while travelling from Scotland to Hull with car problems. Car was checked very professionally, staff was friendly and on top of all that they washed it! Great service, you don't get that often nowadays! Thanks!

Had a leaking drive shaft oil seal on my peugeot,whilst on holiday around Berwick. Phoned Semples on Monday,they fitted it into their schedule on Wednesday,the car was ready just after lunch !Excellent service and a good job done by the mechanic. The receptionist was extremely helpful, both on the phone and at the reception desk. I am grateful they could fit it in.Excellent job all round.
