Delicious burgers. Everything tasted fresh and was flavoursome. My waffle chips were fried to perfection. Shakes send you to a happy place. My son said: mummy we're definitely coming back here :)

Nice place, nice food, slightly overpriced though! - 4 starsCome back after 5 months, the prices have gone up but the food quality has gone down! Also they tried charging me for sauces after I spent over £20 in the shop, ridiculous!! - 2 stars

At first glances when i pulled up i genuienly thought it was a bridal shop or a hairdressers as decorated with bright white flowerspopped in and had the philly steak cheese sandwich at lunch .Meat was nice but waay to much cheese sauce .very messy and soggy due to the sauce but still tasty .Worth a try if in the area 7/10

Finally got round to trying Burg and I was so impressed with the service and food. Customer service is very good and attentive, with short waiting times for your order. There is a good range of menu choices, so looking forward to trying other items in the future.I ordered the Chicken burger with coleslaw which was so tasty, really loved the bun aswell. Roughly the same price as Five Guys, but the portion sizes are large and filling and worth the price.Interior decor is also nice, with plenty of seating to sit in. Thanks to all the staff at Burg!

The quality of the food was really nice and the burgers were literally loaded and so delicious. Chips were hot and crispy too and the portions were very large. The milkshake had real oreo pieces in it and was so much better than other places. The restaurant was really clean. We will be returning. Many thanks. Made our day:)

Tried several times to dare and suggest that food would be better, if less spicy. Rather than helping with my suggestion, I received a shrug. None of my children or grandchildren want to return. As the spices have increased, now even I have been pushed out. Eating in is also a sad experience, the place is very noisy and the entrance door never shuts properly so the gusts of wind, freeze you in winter and uncomb in summer.Clearly not a recommendable choice.

Me and the wife tried Burg for the first time today and I must say we were both well impressed I don’t normally leaves reviews so that’s a mark in its self.I had THE HOT SMASH burger with fries and onion rings wile the wife had a the BACON CHEESE burger.I honestly can’t remember ever enjoying a burger that much 5 star burger lovely fries lovely onion rings can’t wait to try another

Do not bother.Despite placing a large order (over £50) they had no courtesy to include any dips.They also missed our part of our order - called them to resolve this however as we had ordered on Uber eats they said they could not refund for the part of the order THEY had missed & could only replace the missed items if we collected them. Surely if collection was an option I wouldn’t have ordered on Uber eats to begin with? The man who I spoke to on the phone lacked customer service skills - really rude.As if all this wasn’t enough we found a hair in the fries!
