Used to use this company all the time, gone massively down hill!! Don’t buy windows and doors from them! Unless you want to wait months on end for them, think they confuse weeks with months. When they do come make sure you keep half a day spare as you’ll need to go around all the welds and touch them in yourself! After waiting months for the order after constant lies of “it’ll be in next Thursday” it then came about they had forgotten about the doors on the order despite being asked twice a week where are windows and doors. Complete disaster from start to finish! Still waiting now for them to put the locks right in one of the bifold doors, despite endless phone calls and false promises from the directors son! The amount of time I’ve wasted chasing this company is beyond belief! Avoid at all costs!! Delayed the customers extension for months whilst waiting, leaving it uninhabitable, reflected very badly on us. AVOID
