Reading the “good” reviews of this training school especially about dean I chose to trust it. However, it was the worst decision. I felt robbed. dean was very unprofessional, he was often late, he shouted at me, and cancelled lessons especially closer to my test day and had the nerve to say it was me. He went on loads of holidays too. Although he was nice at first I think he became too comfortable with me being understanding of his cancellations and abuse my kindness. But my main focus wasn’t about “nice” I needed a teacher and he wasn’t giving that. I’m putting in a lot of money to be taught how to drive, not to get shouted at every time I do something wrong. I really trusted him and I thought he was covering everything I needed to know to pass my test, but we weren't. It was about 2 weeks before my exam and dean had cancelled again I was panicking, thinking I wasn’t ready. But I’m so glad I came to my senses and started looking for someone else. I instantly felt the difference on the first day with my new instructor. I was more confident, relaxed and I didn’t feel judged if I made a mistake. We covered mostly everything in the first lesson, things that dean hadn’t even mentioned. I was shocked at how much I was missing. But thanks to “London driving school - Gibril” I managed to pass first time. I hope my review saves you time and money. You should look into booking with London Driving School and request Gibril as your instructor. you definitely won’t be disappointed or left feeling hopeless

What can I say ! Dean is an excellent Driving Instructor. He went through a tried and tested approach of getting me used to the physical driving bit first, then early identification & awareness of hazards and signs and manoevers etc and then prep for the test itself.I passed first time with 6 minors on 6 hours intro and 20 hours of lesson. Brilliant.

I passed earlier this month with a few minors thanks to Dean's tireless support. Learning to drive confidently was more challenging than I expected and I'm grateful I had Dean, an experienced driving instructor in South London, to help me achieve my goals.

I had a perfect experience with my driving instructor, who helped me pass my driving test on the first attempt with just five minor faults. Dean’s expertise, patience, and guidance throughout the lessons were truly exceptional. They tailored the lessons to my individual needs, ensuring that I felt confident and prepared for every aspect of the test. I highly recommend this driving instructor to anyone seeking professional and effective driving lessons. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

This message is in response to Eliana J Escobar.I don't usually respond to negative comments but felt very disappointed at the false accusations against me as a professional and against my business so thought i had to in this case. Eliana paid for 20hrs of tuition initially without any test being booked. From the 1st lesson i could see she was a novice and would most probably need more than 20hrs practice. Without her test being booked i said to her don't waste your lessons you've paid for without booking your test so spread the lessons out until you have a practical test booked. During this 20hrs of tuition Eliana cancelled lessons late several times which i never charged her for due to Eliana circumstances. I take two holidays a year that's 20 days off in the whole year and i always take a flight out of the country when i take time off work. Lessons get cancelled due to illness, mechanical issues with the car, test being moved by the test centre usually things out of my control which is always expressed to the pupil. After Eliana 20hrs had come to a end she asked if i can give her 6hrs more at a discount then pay for 10hrs leading up to her test which i said ok to. On coming back from holiday we still had a month left to be ready for the test. We had 2hrs left out of the block of 6hrs, then i would've given her a semi intensive course to make sure she would be ready with the 10hrs she said she would pay for. This never happened. It's a shame how people forget the help you gave them in their time of need. With the test getting closer she started to get worried which is understandable most students do. With me knowing we still had a month until the test i would of had her ready. Its very unlikely she was taught all the skills in two weeks prior to her test that she needed to know in order to pass 1st time without the 26hrs of tuition i gave to her. When she came to me as a novice. So even if she passed after a further 10hrs of training with another instructor she still passed within the recommended amount of lessons the DVSA say the average person needs to take to be successful on their test. Usually students focus much more in the weeks leading up to their test and start to remember all the skills they have been taught. I've been providing driving tuition for over 15yrs now and it's never been about the money to me it's always been about my student passing 1st time with the least amount of lessons because i passed 1st time many years ago. You can see from the countless reviews on this page that my main aim is that my students are successful on their 1st attempt. I've always dedicated myself to ensure the best quality training is provided to my students.

Passed my test first time with only 3 minors today, after 20 hours of lessons. Dean is an excellent instructor, very clear instructions and was very patient with myself; lots of helpful guidance and flexibility with arranging lessons. Overall, a fantastic experience learning to drive again.
