I cannot recommend Bounce Again enough! We hired a bouncy castle and the didi cars for a 4th Birthday party. Both were a hit with the children and we had some parents asking where we had hired from. The service was excellent both prompt and professional. Will definitely use them again!

When you book a day for your child’s 4th birthday you have so so SO many things to think about. Once I booked the castle with Jen I felt so happy with the service and the level of ease and was so excited for the big day. Terry arrived early and we got to work, but unfortunately no matter what we tried (and boy did we try!) the castle would only just squeeze in. Terry was adamant about the safety of the children and we began to realise we just couldn’t make it work. Children were starting to arrive, so I had to start prepping everything else and I was left at a loss of what to do. But behind me, Terry and Jen were a team with a plan!!!! With a lot of toing and froing by Terry and a lot of kindness, thought and care, they made the day a complete success within the hour. I was overwhelmed with gratitude that day and I just want everyone to know their Company. Even without the extra thought and castle, I would still feel the exact same because they are such kind individuals. What a team. Thank you guys beyond any words!!!!

The most incredible team!!! Our son was due to have soft play for his 2nd birthday party on Saturday and the venue let us down with no explanation or alternative, the team arrived on time, came back later to see if we have managed to get in, called to check in on us and even refunded us our booking. The day was ruined due to the venue and it was so devastating but Bounce Again were phenomenal, I can't thank you guys enough and will 100% book you for our next party!! Highly recommend these guys!!!

Brilliant work by Bounce Again. A friend of mine booked them to put up a bouncy castle for a 4 year old's birthday but on arrival they tried their utmost but the venue's dimensions didn't work from a safety or logistical perspective.Rather than treat it as 'not their problem' they went above and beyond, went back to their base and got hold of another bouncy castle and were back and up and running within an hour.The equipment was in great condition and worked perfectly and we really couldn't fault them in any way. Highly recommended.
